Pinot nero

Red/gray and gravelly soil, rich in minerals and microelements.

Excellent sun exposure, good temperature variations, and a characteristic microclimate that is well-suited to this grape variety.

Ruby red color. Floral aroma with hints of violet and fruity notes, featuring red fruit such as raspberry and cherry. On the palate, it is slightly tannic, elegant, and complex.

Pairs well with meat-based first courses, lamb, or feathered game, but also with fatty fish like turbot.
