name MIREIDE

classification Table wine

characteristics With a late harvest of selected white grapes, that are left for four months in crates to wither naturally, this wine is dedicated to mother Mireide.  It is a golden yellow colour, it has surprisingly aromatic scents that are a mixture of honey, candied fruit, walnut and raisin.  It is sweet, warm and soft in the mouth and it leaves the palate dry with a series of persistent delicate flavours.  Serving temperature 16-18°C.

good with Flavoured cheeses, such as Asino cheese with pear mustard.  This wine is also excellent with Esse di Raveo biscuits.
